The Start of the Start

Finally! I've managed to publish the new bNXT website. The main work has been done behind the scenes. The old bNXT site was static (really!), but now it is completely dynamic. This should make it easier to add content.

The objective of bNXT is to move beyond the blog, and provide all sorts of information,, downloads and other stuff that helps you get the most out of your Lego Mindstorms NXT set.

There may still be issues with the website. If you find any, it would be great if you could add them in the comments here. Also, any ideas for the development are welcome.

Drop down menus look weird. At least in Opera browser.

I have RSS, but i can't find link on a page now. It's http://www.bnxt.com/blog/rss.xml

Besides, whole blog page is about 700KB, which is quite large for users without fast ethernet link.

Mr. M, Jwahar,

I'll be bringing that link to RSS/Atom back real soon (Friday, ot be exact). I'll also look at archiving the posts quicker to reduce the size of the first page.

Not sure if there is a lot I can do about Opera, though. I'll look into that.

Anonymous: could you qualify "nothing works" with more detail?

Site looks a lot better now. Menus are still bit too low in Firefox and even more in Opera.

I think problem is in javascript positioning.

Well, it's just the looks...
